Kubilay Güvenç

Kubilay Güvenç began his professional career at Bordata A.Ş. in 1987, holding various roles in technical service, on-site support and networking. When the Bordata Service Group was restructured as a separate company in 1996, he became a founding partner and Deputy General Manager of Bordata Destek.

Güvenç led the founding of today’s Destek A.Ş. in 1998 and has since held several leadership positions within the company, including Vice Chairman of the Board, Deputy General Manager and Director of Human Resources. He has served as Chairman of the Board of Destek A.Ş. since 2024.

Oğuz Tamer Tunçel

Oğuz Tamer Tunçel

Oğuz Tamer Tunçel holds a degree in Electronics Engineering from Gazi University. He began his professional career at Bordata A.Ş. in 1990, taking on various roles in repair, on-site service and networking.

A founding partner of Bordata Destek in 1996, where he served as İstanbul Regional Manager, Tunçel led the founding of today’s Destek A.Ş. in 1998. General Manager of Destek A.Ş. since 2011, he became Chairman of the Executive Committee in 2024. He also continues to serve as Vice Chairman of the Board, leading the company’s strategic management and growth.

Hatice Genç

Hatice Genç

Hatice Genç holds a degree in Business Administration from Anadolu University. She began her career in accounting and went on to hold accounting and finance management positions at several organisations. She joined Bordata A.Ş. as Accounting and Finance Manager in 1995 and took part in the founding of today’s Destek A.Ş. in 1998.

After many years in financial management roles at Destek A.Ş., Genç became Director of Finance in 2011. She has served as Deputy General Manager, Finance since 2024.

Banu Tüfekçioğlu

Banu Tüfekçioğlu

Banu Tüfekçioğlu holds a degree in Educational Sciences from Marmara University and a master’s degree in Psychology from İstanbul Commerce University. Over her human resources career she has held specialist and management roles in the insurance, technology and software sectors.

Tüfekçioğlu has held a range of human resources roles at Mercedes-Benz, AK Emeklilik, Arena Bilgisayar and its group companies (Paynet, Sensonet, Online A.Ş. and Mobile A.Ş.) and SFS Yazılım, and has also worked as an HR consultant and university lecturer. She joined Destek A.Ş. in October 2023 and serves as Deputy General Manager, Human Resources. She remains active as an executive and career coach and mentor.

Özgür Anteplioğlu

Özgür Anteplioğlu

Özgür Anteplioğlu holds a degree in Computer Technology and Information Systems from Bilkent University and an MBA from Çankaya University. He began his career in software and went on to hold sales, business development and senior management positions in the technology and telecommunications sectors.

Anteplioğlu has held sales and regional management roles at technology companies including KoçSistem, Teradata, Türk Telekom and Huawei, building experience in public sector, telecommunications and enterprise sales. He joined Destek A.Ş. in February 2024 and serves as Deputy General Manager, Sales and Marketing.

Utku Ünal

Member of the Executive Committee · Deputy General Manager, Technology and Business Development

Utku Ünal

Utku Ünal holds a degree in Computer Engineering from Boğaziçi University and a master’s degree in Geophysics from the same university. Throughout his career in technology, consulting and IT services he has held technical and managerial roles at global technology companies including HP/Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Huawei, Fujitsu and Oracle, spanning technology consulting, service management, business development and organisational management. His experience covers cloud technologies, data centres, information security, managed services and enterprise technology solutions.

Ünal also continues his academic work in artificial intelligence and machine learning, where he is engaged in research and teaching. He joined Destek A.Ş. in September 2025 and serves as Deputy General Manager, Technology and Business Development.

Zafer Güneş

Zafer Güneş

Zafer Güneş graduated in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Middle East Technical University (METU) in 1994. He began his professional career in 1996 as a technical specialist at IBM Türkiye. In 2005 he was appointed Technical Services Manager at SERİ Bilgi Teknolojileri, then owned by IBM Türkiye. He served as General Manager of SERİ Bilgi Teknolojileri between 2015 and 2017, and in 2017 was appointed Country Manager, Technology Support Services at IBM Türkiye. In 2022 he additionally took on the General Manager role at SERİ Bilgi Teknolojileri.

Following Destek A.Ş.’s acquisition of SERİ Bilgi Teknolojileri from IBM Türkiye in April 2025, he serves as General Manager of SERİ Bilgi Teknolojileri and Member of the Executive Committee of Destek A.Ş.
