Born in 1969, Oğuz Tamer Tunçel graduated from Gazi University, Department of Electronic Engineering in 1990. Oğuz Tamer Tunçel started his professional career in 1990 at Bordata A.Ş. as a Repair Engineer. From 1990 to 1996 he worked at Bordata A.Ş. He worked in Ankara Office in Service Center, Repair Center, Onsite Service and Network departments. In 1996, when Bordata structured the service department as a separate company, as the founding partner of Bordata Destek, he assumed the position of Istanbul Regional Manager. In 1998, with the change in the share holding structure, he pioneered the establishment of Destek Inc.as the general manager since today.Oğuz Tamer Tunçel is married and has one child.

Hatice Genç, born in 1967, graduated from Anadolu University, Business Administration Department in 2005. She started her professional career as an Accountant in Idil Apparel and worked as Secretary at the Ministry of Finance for one year and as Accounting Manager at Karma Bilgisayar A.Ş. for 2 years until 1996. After the structuring of the service department of Bordata as a separate company in 1996, she continued her work at Bordata Destek . In 1998, the company changed its partnership structure and took part in the establishment of present-day Destek Inc. Hatice Genç, who is the Financial Affairs Director in Destek A.Ş., has one child.

Born in 1964,Kubilay Güvenç graduated from Ankara Yıldırım Beyazıt High School in 1981. He is a student at Anadolu University, Department of Business Administration in the 3rd grade at the moment. Kubilay Güvenç started his professional career in 1987 at Bordata A.Ş. Technical Service as a Computer Technician. Between 1987 and 1996; he worked in Ankara Office in Service Center, Repair Center, Onsite Service and Network departments. In 1996, he was responsible for the structuring of the service department of Bordata as a separate company. In 1998, with the change in the shareholding structure, he pioneered the establishment of present-day Destek Inc. As of 2011, Destek A.Ş. After serving as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and Assistant General Manager in charge of Istanbul Region, Mr. Kubilay Güvenç became the Human Resources Director in 2018. He is married and has two children.
